Experience

I have more than 30 years of experience with the Ohio workers’ compensation system. Until May 31, 2025, I served as Regional Hearing Administrator for the Ohio Industrial Commission where for 18 years I was involved in all administrative aspects of the hearing process.

Prior to my employment with the Industrial Commission, I was the workers’ compensation coordinator at Wright State University, protecting the employer’s rights in all aspects of claims management prior to the adjudicatory hearing.
